Full Services Coordination & Design
  • Prices Include 8.25% Sales Tax
  • Payment by Money Order, Cashiers Check or Cash
  • 48 Hour notice required for changes / $300.00 minimum order
  • $200.00 Nonrefundable Deposit guarantees equipment availability
  • Receipt of Nonrefundable deposit constitutes an agreement
  • No Refund of Deposits unless we are under Hurricane Evacuation Order
  • No setup or delivery fee for South Padre Island or Port Isabel
  • $100.00 relocation fee (setup & breakdown fee after original setup of equipment)
  • We allow plenty of time for wedding photos before and after wedding
  • Wedding permits must be provided by Bride or Wedding Coordinator
  • Wedding city permit fee is $25
